1. Who we are

VeilKit is a product of Bauxite Labs, Belagavi, Karnataka, India. By buying or using a VeilKit license you agree to these terms. Questions: veilkit-support@bauxitelabs.com.

2. The license

A license lets you use the VeilKit extension on the number of browsers your plan includes at the same time (3 for Professional, 10 for Startup). You can free a seat and move it to another browser whenever you like in My Account. Lifetime licenses include all updates to VeilKit 1.x and later versions we choose to include. Yearly licenses are valid for the paid period.

3. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where Razorpay supports it, otherwise in USD. Local prices are converted from USD at a daily exchange rate; the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added where the law requires it. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

VeilKit is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. After payment your browser can activate automatically, and your license key is emailed to the purchase address, usually within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or recover your key.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Yearly plans are a prepaid year and don't renew by themselves; you can buy another year from the pricing page. Lifetime licenses are a single payment.

6. Refunds

All sales are final, and the free plan lets you try VeilKit first. We do refund a double or accidental charge, and a purchase where a fault stops VeilKit working for you and we can't fix it. Full details, and your rights under the law where you live, are in the refund policy. A refunded license stops working.

7. Your data

The extension never sends the content of the pages you visit anywhere. How we handle the little data we do hold is described in the privacy policy.

8. No warranty

VeilKit reduces the risk of showing sensitive information, but it can't guarantee that nothing is ever visible: a page can re-render before a blur is re-applied, for example. Always check your share or recording preview before you go live. VeilKit is provided “as is”, and may not work on every website or browser version.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about VeilKit is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or the disclosure of information that was visible on screen. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights under consumer law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email license holders before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Belagavi, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
